Location: Happy Bones Coffee, SoHo
To be perfectly honest, I think I like the lifestyle of drinking coffee more than the actual cup of java itself. As common as it is even in my life, I’m really not a fan of coffee on-the-go. I’d much rather sit with a mug and pastry and enjoy my caffeinated beverage. I appreciate the coffee shops where I can either get work done or catch up with a friend.
Since I moved here, I’ve loved discovering different coffee shops throughout New York City. The pictures in this post were all taken at Happy Bones in the SoHo neighborhood of the city. My favorite drink here is their almond milk latte. It’s delicious and dairy free! Since I make regular coffee at home in the morning, I always get a latte or iced coffee at coffee shops.
More coffee shops I love are: DTUT (UES), Joe & The Juice (Multiple locations), Zaro’s (Grand Central Station), Toby’s Estate (Urbanspace), old Vesuvio Cafe – now Birdbath (SoHo), Ralph’s Coffee (Midtown East), Bluestone Lane (Multiple locations), Maman Bakery (Tribeca), Jack’s Wife Freda (West Village) and Dear Mama (East Harlem).
All of these places are latte/iced coffee approved. Many are double-espresso approved by my mother.
