services
Can I send you my book? I’d love to know what you think!
We do not accept or read unsolicited manuscripts. Building an author brand isn’t about whether or not Jessica likes your book—it’s about you and what you have to offer. Please note: manuscript reading is included as part of the official Turning Pages process.
If you're looking for guidance on how to best market your manuscript, please consider our Page to Post service.
Can you help me with content tasks outside of strategy?
Please submit a request for out-of-scope work by emailing us at hello@jessicasorentino.com. If we can help, we’ll send you a proposal for estimated project hours billed at our hourly rate.
We also provide vetted referrals to industry leaders in book writing, graphic design, proofreading, public relations, and web design for the work we are not equipped to take on.
Why can’t I choose my own start date?
It's never too early to start building your author brand, but we know from experience that when you're prioritizing your writing, brand building naturally takes a back seat.
We set our start dates to align with the phases of publishing where your book is our of your hands.
Can I schedule more calls with you?
All new clients have a one-on-one onboarding call to get started, review important dates and deliverables, and establish our ongoing call schedule. If you wish for more one-on-one time with Jessica than what's covered in your program, extra strategy calls can be booked for an additional fee.
We also encourage you to join our weekly client co-working sessions for additional face time, real-time questions, and networking with fellow authors.
How much time should I expect to dedicate to our work together?
A presence is built through forming new habits. While you get comfortable, this process may require a little more of your time. Generally, however, you should expect to commit up to 10 hours per week to our work together to best show up for yourself and your readers.
